2x4" Rectangle patch size with "assistance witch", "service witch" or "witch in training" wording. They have a witches hat on the right hand side of the patch.
 
3"x3" Square patch size with "do not separate witch and familiar" with a magic wand or "don't brew up trouble ignore me" patch with a cauldron.
